General Rules and Expectations:
Do not touch other vehicles without permission.
No burnouts or excessive revving.
Do not use vehicle's sound system; the show has its own music and announcements to broadcast.
Watch for pedestrians and drive cautiously within the limits of the festival.
Be respectful of all show staff, participants, and visitors attending the festival.
All show vehicles must enter the park by turning off of Stage Rd. onto Bartlett Rd.
Follow instructions carefully from the Bartlett Police and show staff for entering and exiting the show.
Transaction Transparency:
Mustangs of Memphis is a regional chapter of the Mustang Club of America.
The club operates as a "not-for-profit" club, meaning all proceeds are donated.
Pre-registration payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
Stripe is an industry standard online payment processor.
Ford Motor Company uses Stripe for online payments of vehicles and services.
This service was chosen to insure the security of your donation.
Stripe takes 2.9% + 0.30 cents per transaction ($1.03 per registration.)
This fee is being covered by an anonymous donor.
This means the full amount of your $25 registration fee will be donated.
Other Notable Items:
You must show up on time to ensure entry into the show.
Parking spots are first come, first serve.
Spots will be made available as vehicles leave, up until noon.
You may leave at anytime but will not be able to re-enter without payment.
Vehicles needing more than one parking space must pay for two (or more) registrations.
Your registration is considered a charitable donation and is therefore non-refundable.
A rain date is likely but not guaranteed.
The car show will go on, rain or shine, regardless of conditions.
Your receipt will permit entry into both shows, if a rain date is scheduled.
The City of Bartlett requires the agreement to the release of liability waiver found below.
Release of Liability:
I agree to abide by the rules set forth by the Mustangs of Memphis Car Club. I understand that I am responsible for my vehicle and its contents. I agree to release and hold harmless: The City of Bartlett, The Bartlett Fall Festival, and Mustangs of Memphis, Inc, including their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers from all liability in regards to damage or injury to persons or property, including lost or stolen items, during this event.
