What is the date for the Mustangs of Memphis Charity Car Show?

Saturday, October 5th, 2024. 
Registration: 8:00am - noon.
Show will wrap up by 2pm.

Where is the show located?

Our show is part of the Bartlett Fall Festival, held at W.J. Freeman Park.
The show will be located at the very end of the festival, next to the BBQ contest, alongside the baseball fields.
Many signs will be in place to direct show cars to the correct parking area. This entrance is for show cars only, not public parking. 

What is the cost to enter my vehicle?

$30 the day of the show
$25 if you pre-registered by Monday, September 30th, 2024

Where can I pre-register for the event?

Pre-registration is open until September 30th for $25.

What is the admission price for the general public?

This is event is free to the public.
Donations to our charity, Memphis Oral School for the Deaf, can be made at the registration table on show day.

Who is eligible to win an award?

All registered vehicles are eligible to be picked for a single "Sponsor's Choice" award.
Vehicles that received a "Sponsor's Choice Award" are still eligible for the:
Mayor's Choice, Charity Choice, and Title Sponsor's awards.
Mustangs of Memphis members are not eligible to win awards.

Must I stay for the whole show?

Based on the feedback from previous shows, we have reformatted the show to free up time for our participants.
You no longer need to stay in the show for its entirety. This allows everyone to enjoy the other parts of the festival or leave early.

However, we will have many awards through our Sponsor's Choice program.
We encourage everyone to stay for the entire award ceremony to see if they have won an award.
Your vehicle will not be permitted to re-enter after exiting the show.

What happens in the case of rain?

The Bartlett Festival is rain or shine. Our car show will follow suit.
If attendance is low due to a weather event, we may have a rain date.
In the event we reschedule, those that pay/show up on the original date, will not be charged twice.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! There will be many food vendors as well as a ton of activities throughout the rest of the festival. 

How else can I donate?

We will collect donations at the show by cash, card, or purchase of a show t-shirt. 

Will vendor booths be available? 

Sponsors that donation $200 or more are eligible for a 10' X 20' allotment.
Limited spaces available. First come, first served. 

Can I bring my car on a trailer?

Trailer parking will be designated by signage as you enter the park and trailer parking will only be available on a first come first serve basis. Please plan to arrive between 8 - 10am if you trailer your vehicle.

Your vehicle must drive into the show under its own power.
In rare circumstances, we will approve a trailer and show vehicle into the show lot.
You must get preapproval beforehand and you will have to pay for two spots, using the contact email at the bottom of the page.
Day of show trailers are subject to denial. 

What other events can I participate in?

Yes!  We will have a Poker Walk and a Silent Auction benefiting Memphis Oral School for the Deaf.
There will also be many other events as part of the Bartlett Festival.
